Leigh's Choco Chip Cookies

These are from the Robin Hood Flour Cookbook and they're my favourite. The recipe makes about 24, depending on the size.

1 cup flour
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup chocolate chips

The usual: mix dry ingredients; cream sugars, butter, egg and vanilla.
Mix and stir in chips.
It says "lightly greased" baking sheet and 375 for 8-9 minutes (I do 350 degrees).

"Light" Caesar Salad

I'm not sure where the "light" comes from. But this was a really good classic Caesar dressing.
