Puppy Chow

Ingredients:
- 9 cups Crispix cereal
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1-2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups icing sugar

Directions:
Measure cereal in large bowl. 

Microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter for one minute on high. Stir. Cook for 30 more seconds (or until melted together). 

Add vanilla.

Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until coated.

Pour mixture into large Ziploc bag and add icing sugar. Shake well until coated. Pour onto wax paper to cool. (I didn't do this - I had a big Tupperware bowl with a lid and just gently shook it around a bit.)

"Light" Caesar Salad

I'm not sure where the "light" comes from. But this was a really good classic Caesar dressing.
