Chex Party Mix

There are a lot of Chex Mix recipes out there, but this is the one I use. The one thing I don't really follow is having different types of Chex cereal (wheat and corn) because I can never find the corn ones. I also just get  mixed nuts instead of only using peanuts and cashews, and I don't use three cups exactly, I just eyeball it.
 
Ingredients
  • 6 cups Corn chex
  • 6 cups Crispix
  • 4 cups Wheat chex
  • 2 cups Cheerios
  • 2 cups pretzels
  • 2 cups peanuts (optional)
  • 1 cup cashews (optional)
  • 1.5 stick butter
  • 4 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Seasoned Salt
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all cereals and nuts in a large bowl.
  2. Melt butter and mix in all seasonings. Stir
  3. Bake at 325 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 min.

"Light" Caesar Salad

I'm not sure where the "light" comes from. But this was a really good classic Caesar dressing.
