Leftover turkey pasta
There's a good variation of this recipe here with peas and bacon:

But on the rare occasion that I don't have peas in the freezer, let alone bacon, you can really make this with ONLY turkey leftovers. I also made it with some chopped spinach thrown in. SO GOOD!!!
butter
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
sprinkle of garlic powder (or an actual garlic clove - I was out!!)
leftover turkey
whipping cream
linguine
parmesan
In a frying pan, melt a good knob of butter (maybe 2 tbsp?) and saute the onions until they're really soft, sprinkle the garlic powder in it too.
Meanwhile in well-salted water, cook some linguine.
Chop up some turkey, add to the frying pan. Add some vegetables if you want - but keep it simple, some peas or some chopped spinach would be good. Pour in some cream - could be whipping cream, coffee cream would work - maybe 1/3 cup? Heat it through and let it bubble so it thickens a bit.
Drain your pasta, put in the frying pan, mix with the cream and turkey, sprinkle with some parmesan and mix - top with more parmesan if you want.
Yum!
