Grilled Marinated Mushrooms

1 lb mushrooms

Marinade:
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper

Remove stems from mushrooms (reserve for another use....but what?)

Toss gently, the mushrooms in the marinade. Refrigerate 2 hours.

Drain caps, reserving marinade. Thread onto skewers, hollow side up. Baste occasionally, don't turn.
I didn't use skewers and just set them on the grill.

SO GOOD!!!
