Ketchup Chip Caramel Corn

10 cups plain popped corn
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1/4 cup ketchup
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place popped corn on prepared pan.
In small bowl, stir together salt, baking soda, garlic powder and onion powder. In large pot, melt butter over medium heat; stir in sugar and corn syrup. Cook, stirring constantly, until light amber, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat; immediately stir in spice mixture and ketchup until smooth. Drizzle over popped corn; toss to coat.
Bake, stirring halfway through, until dry and crispy, about 10 minutes. Let cool on pan for 10 minutes.
Makes 10 cups.
