Basic French Toast

This is the recipe I use when I make French toast. I'm adding it to the blog because I am always searching for it online! I often just use the regular brown Sobey's bread I have in my freezer, and it makes about seven pieces. I find that you can't be too hasty with French toast, so making it on a low heat setting is best.

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- dash of salt
