Pumpkin Pie Buns with Maple Cream Cheese

 These were delicious and pretty easy as far as a yeasted dough. The filling is like cinnamon bun filling (brown sugar, butter, cinnamon) with the addition of pumpkin puree. I used the pumpkin from my garden!

"Light" Caesar Salad

I'm not sure where the "light" comes from. But this was a really good classic Caesar dressing.
