 I loved this. I did use whole corn tortillas and cut them up and fried them on the stovetop but you don't have to do that. It came out probably more scrambly than what their recipe picture looked like but it was a bit hard to keep everything hot at the same time and this got cooked a little more so the tortillas really soaked up a lot of liquid. I would eat this every day!
