Excellent! From "Snacking Cakes." Sumac - the bulk store on 20th had a closing out sale and I purchased a small amount and stored it in a tiny waxed paper envelope - ended up being exactly the 2 tsp called for in this recipe. Kind of sour and citrus-y - they say to replace with lemon zest if you don't have any.

"Light" Caesar Salad

I'm not sure where the "light" comes from. But this was a really good classic Caesar dressing.
