Amazing. PS You can use a shot of espresso, or some coffee made from an aeropress, or pour over. Doesn't have to be cold brew, but should be kind of concentrated like an espresso. I used my small battery operated frother thing to froth the whipping cream a bit and it worked perfectly.

"Light" Caesar Salad

I'm not sure where the "light" comes from. But this was a really good classic Caesar dressing.
