Burgers with Rink Sauce


This recipe is from the Co-op Grilling 2025 flyer

Homemade or store-bought burgers. 

Rink Sauce:

1/3 cup mayonnaise 

1/3 cup yellow mustard 

1/3 cup ketchup 

3/4 cup minced baby dill pickles (or slightly less)

1/4 cup minced onion (did not use because the burgers had onions in them) 

Mix ingredients well and reserve for later. 

The recipe suggests shredded lettuce for the buns, and we also added cheese.
