Spinach Salad with Strawberry Vinaigrette

2.5 tbsp strawberry vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
rounded 1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

8 cups baby spinach
1.5 cups strawberries, sliced thickly
1/2 cup pecans, toasted and cooled

Whisk together vinegar, salt and pepper - add the oil in a slow stream, whisking well. Put spinach, strawberries and pecans in a large bowl and toss with just enough vinaigrette to lightly coat.
