Cheese sauce

This is my favourite supper!

Make the white sauce (the one at the top of the scanned page) and then add grated Applewood smoked cheddar cheese. I like it on macaroni or gnocci or any type of pasta. Here I made it on these strange potato noodles I got at the Polish deli. Add some veggies on the side to make you feel better about yourself.
I have never tried the béchamel sauce on that page before, but it would probably be good too.

"Light" Caesar Salad

I'm not sure where the "light" comes from. But this was a really good classic Caesar dressing.
