Pizza Sauce

I have to search through my e-mails every time I make this, so I'm posting it on the blog! This is copied and pasted from an e-mail from mom. Picture to come later.
Pizza Sauce

-small can of tomato sauce
-small can of tomato paste
-chopped onion
-1 tbsp basil
-1 tbsp oregano
-salt
-olive oil
-hot pepper flakes
-garlic


Put approximately 1 tbsp of olive oil into pan and saute chopped onions till translucent — I don’t use too many onions.

Then add the tomato sauce and paste (these are the tiny tins). Stir into this the basil and oregano, and the salt. I believe the recipe calls for at least 1 tsp, but I leave it up to you to decide.

"Light" Caesar Salad

I'm not sure where the "light" comes from. But this was a really good classic Caesar dressing.
