Standard Two-Egg Cake

 


I was looking for a cake recipe and I only had two eggs, so this was perfect! "Flavouring" would be vanilla unless there's something else you'd like to use I suppose! It turned out really well and I'd definitely use it for a white cake again. Unless I had three eggs and then I'd have to decide! I didn't include the first page of instructions, but you know the drill - sift dry ingredients together, beat the butter and sugar and then you're at step 4 up there where you add the eggs one at a time!
