Hoisin Glaze Pork Bowl with Vegetables

This was so yummy. I strayed a bit from the recipe's instructions for the vegetables: what I did was a sheet-pan style of preparation. Put things on a sheet pan, high heat, quickly cooked in the oven so they were tender crisp.

"Light" Caesar Salad

I'm not sure where the "light" comes from. But this was a really good classic Caesar dressing.
