Tuscan Bean Stew

I was a bit surprised at how really delicious this was. I used dried Romano beans from Save On Foods, you could try any large bean, as the recipe says. If I remember, I soaked the beans and cooked them (following any advice for cooking dried beans).

"Light" Caesar Salad

I'm not sure where the "light" comes from. But this was a really good classic Caesar dressing.
