Maple Glazed Pork Chops


This was suuuuper simple, but very very tasty, if you eat pork chops.

2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp maple syrup or liquid honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 bone in pork loin chops, about 1/2 inch thick

In bowl, whisk mustard, maple syrup, salt and pepper, brush half over pork. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and grill for 5 minutes. Turn and brush with remaining mustard mixture; grill until just a hint of pink remains inside, about 5 minutes.
