Potato Salad Dressing


Here's a new potato salad dressing recipe I tried today. It's from Canadian Living, and was quite good, but instead of the yogurt, I used mayonnaise. My salad included green onions, chopped boiled eggs, radishes and celery. I'll make it again, but I might try adding more vinegar, maybe trying white wine vinegar, and using a wee bit more dijon. But generally it was really good!         

Dressing:
         1/2 cup (125 mL) buttermilk
         1/4 cup (60 mL) low-fat yogurt
         2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped fresh dill
         1 tbsp (15 mL) vinegar
         1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
         1/2 tsp (2 mL) Dijon mustard
         1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
         1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
