Tzatziki
Word for word recipe for this is below, from Canadian Living. Interestingly, I checked out a couple recipes like this on American sites, and no one seems to spell tzatziki that way. Definitely did not find any spellings with "z".
1 cup (250 mL) squeezed-dry grated English_cucumber
2 tsp (10 mL) each olive_oil and lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
In cheesecloth-lined sieve set over bowl, let yogurt drain in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until reduced to 1 cup (250 mL). (Make-ahead: Refrigerate for up to 24 hours.)
Stir in cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.

Okay now if you do not have all these things, you can adapt! And I wanted some dill! I thought I had a cucumber, but when I took it out of the fridge it was about to burst in my hands blech....so no cucumber. No cheesecloth either. And, I didn't want to make such a big batch. This is what I did:
Put about 3/4 cup of yogurt in two coffee filters, doubled up, folded over a glass to drain. Finely chop a bit of fresh mint. Add that, and some dill, to a bowl. Add a minced clove of garlic, salt and pepper. When you're satisfied with how much the yogurt has drained (I'm sure it would be better the longer it does, but I probably only did an hour), add it to the other stuff. Pour in a glug of olive oil, and some lemon juice. Stir it. Taste it. Adjust seasonings. I thought it was really delicious.
