Agua Fresca

I blended a bit of sugar, with about 2 cups pineapple and 2 cups water, and then strained it and poured it over ice. It's like, the most refreshing thing ever! I'm definitely going to try it with more fruits. Also works well mixed with beer (I think).

"Light" Caesar Salad

I'm not sure where the "light" comes from. But this was a really good classic Caesar dressing.
