Rhubarb Torte

Had never made this recipe from Kathy! Obviously from a long time ago as she was working, and in Wilke. I thought it was really nice. Note: I cut down on the sugar in most everything - none in the crust. Much less in the cream cheese. Probably less in the rhubarb but make it to your taste. The top was whipping cream instead of Cool Whip. Cannot imagine marshmallows on top! But if you are moved to do that, by all means!

"Light" Caesar Salad

I'm not sure where the "light" comes from. But this was a really good classic Caesar dressing.
