Rhubarb Muffins

This is a great recipe - though it uses grams. If I make the recipe in the near future, I'll keep track of a cup equivalent. I would actually recommend spending $20 on a digital scale from Canadian Tire to make this! This and other weight-based recipes like Nigella Lawson's Honey Chocolate Cake which is to die for.

"Light" Caesar Salad

I'm not sure where the "light" comes from. But this was a really good classic Caesar dressing.
