Delicious pastry outside, fragipan and hazelnut filling.

In France and Quebec, when you play an April Fool's joke on someone, it's called a  "poisson d'avril" (April fish). Also you can put a picture of a fish the person's back that you want to fool.

"Light" Caesar Salad

I'm not sure where the "light" comes from. But this was a really good classic Caesar dressing.
