Sunday Brunk

That would be a combination of breakfast and lunk.

Wrinkly old mushrooms and half a dried out pepper, sauteed with some chopped up spinach. Old pizza sauce on a half a bagel, with a slice of tomato. Slightly scrambled fried egg, and a few little nuggets of goat cheese. Yum! Kalon's did not have an egg.

    Mmm...this looks tasty. Nohe makes delicious omelettes on Sunday mornings (today was an exception), but I'll get him to post one next week. Also, I just made banana bread and toasted the walnuts first (I've never done that before). Buuuut that recipe is already up. From long long ago.

"Light" Caesar Salad

I'm not sure where the "light" comes from. But this was a really good classic Caesar dressing.
