Hot Buttered Rum

2 sugar cubes (I used some brown sugar)
 1 3/4 ounces dark rum
Boiling water, for topping up
Butter

Put the sugar cubes/sugar in a glass, add the rum and top up with boiling water. Dot the surface of the drink with butter and stir gently. I used a cinnamon stick as a stirrer. Boy is it good. It's actually really hard to believe that all that could taste so good.

"Light" Caesar Salad

I'm not sure where the "light" comes from. But this was a really good classic Caesar dressing.
