Slow Baked Chicken Wings
Here is a recipe for chicken wings that I got from Cole's mom. I forgot to take a picture, but they are delicious! She made them WAY better than me, and I'm not sure what the trick is. Hers were more dry and well done.
-24 frozen chicken wings (1kg)
-1 1/3 cup soya sauce
-1/2 cup brown sugar
-1/2 cup sugar
-2 tbsp molasses
-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (use 1/2 tsp for hot)
-8 cloves garlic
-1 tsp ginger
Spread frozen wings in a 9x13 pan. Put remaining ingredients into blender, blend and pour over wings. Bake at 250 for 2 hours, turning every 30 minutes. When done the wings will be tender. Remove from sauce and serve immediately or keep warm in slow cooker.
