Sparkling Tangerine Punch
3 cups (750ml) tangerine juice
2 cups (500ml) white grape juice
1/4 cup (60ml) lemon juice
2 bottles (each 750ml) sparkling white wine OR gingerale
2 tangerines or small oranges, sliced
1/4 cup mint leaves
In punch bowl, combine tangerine juice, white grape juice, and lemon juice; stir in wine. Float tangerine slices and mint leaves on punch.
