"Thai" Pasta
I used to make this pasta with Thai seasoning, trying to copy what Chandra's Mom made for us once.
mushrooms, sliced
sundried tomatoes, chopped
green onions, chopped
Thai seasoning
vegetable oil
vinegar - rice, white, or cider
spaghetti
Heat oil in a pan - cook green onions, mushrooms, then add Thai seasoning (the one I have is actually a jar circa our wedding, haha...), sundried tomatoes. Splash a bit of vinegar in it. Keep on low, or just take off the heat.
Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water. I make sure the cooking water is well salted - this is good enough to not have to add salt to the mushroom mixture. Add the spaghetti to the pan, and if it's dry, add a bit of the cooking water.
